When you click on the shortcut. Lets say Windows Media Player on the shortcut there goes normal or default list that appear such as Start Menu.

Start Menu is much more improve. You can see the Windows Orb glowing beautifully.

Windows Gadget now will appear on desktop. Not like old Vista, appear on the right sidebar.

Now you can select the style with specific colour, edit or make your own styles.
