Make a document of any size, I use 200x200 pixels.
Using the custom shape tool, draw a perfect rounded square by holding the shift key when dragging your mouse.Any colour will do.
After the square had been created, open the layer blending option, choose the Gradient Overlay, insert the 2 colors on the respective side (as shown as the below image). Name this layer icon.
Use #ffc000 and #ff9c00 for the colour codes.
And now for the stroke setting.Just follow the setting from picture above.Then create new layer.Name it to glossy.Fill the glossy layer with white using Paint Bucket Tools and set transparency on Blending Options about 35%.
Then press and hold Ctrl, click on icon layer.Go to glossy layer. Select>Inverse>Delete.
Using Rectangular Marquee Tool, select half of the rounded rectangle, press Delete.
Now add some logo,text or whatever you want.Add shadow,inner glow.
Done!!
